I have a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. I'm looking for a photo organizer that is friendly like Picasa. The newest version of Picasa says it is good on everything up to Windows 7. I have Photoshop Elements 9 and it does work on here but it is not even speaking to me! My brain may be too old to get it to do what I want. That is just organize, not take over. I would love to find a free one. Any opinions or experiences with this kind of software?
