Hi Everybody, We have a huge problem with G-mail on my husbands computer - hope I can explain this clearly. Yesterday we purchased an IPod. When we went to set it up in the store they used Lyle's G-mail address. He didn't know his password so we tried changing it and g-mail thought he had been hacked into. Anyway after a trip home and a trip back to the store we finally put the IPod under my name all is well with me. But! We are popping g-mail into Thunderbird for Lyle. So, when I went to gmail.com to test Lyle's new password a strange thing happened. I typed in the url and suddenly up came his g-mail account immediately without the window where you put in your user name and password. And- it's still that way he can get into his email account without using his username and password. So strange to me. I have Googled until I am blue in the face and find nothing at all that pertains to this problem. Can anyone help me. Should I delete his account off of Thunderbird or uninstall Thunderbird and try to create a new g-mail account and then pop into Thunderbird again????? How in the heck can I report this to G-mail? Appreciate your help in this frustrating situation. Yvonne
