Hi, I think my printer is doing a fade-out on my. Right now I have an HPphotosmart premium printer. It both prints and copies. It has 5 ink tanks - magenta, cyan, yellow, photo black and text black. My computer is an Asus. I need to know where to find the specs on it, so I can get a printer that will work with it. I like HP or Canon. And, of course, I like the 5 ink tanks. hoping someone can figure out what I need. Thanks much!! NancyT

Nancy if you download Belarc it tells you everything whats your computer Doreen

The printer needs to match the operating system not the computer,, I will guess you have got win 8,,,printers that work win7 should work with win 8 , however if your worried about it you an check the requirements of your operating system at MS for compatibility.
