Sorry Elaine, My elevator is not going all the way to the top this morning. You wouldn't think that buying one IPad would cause all this trouble. It has been, and still is, a nightmare with my husband's G-mail and Thunderbird Account. Hopefully the right Elaine will step forward on private Domains. Thanks for answering. Elaine, You are so correct "something went terribly wrong." I found while Googling for my problem that there are lots of people having the same or similar problem and it is on G'mail's end. I've been able to put my mail on the iPad and I am using the same programs Lyle is using. My next step I guess is to just take my husband's Thunderbird off and try a reinstall and see if that helps. Thanks for emailing me back. I am beginning to to think that my life my be a lot more peaceful if I just packed up these computers and took a break.
