    3. I would count on them wanting Juan and not knowing how to spell it. I am sure the Shawn business is a direct result of not knowing how to spell Sean. Elaine Is there another word for synonym? 3. I can't begin to count how many times I've had to spell our son's name. SEAN Patrick Finley, our wonderful son who happens to have Down Syndrome, is named for his grandfather John Patrick McCanney. Sean's 35th birthday is today and we are so grateful for him and the joy he brings to our family. Happy Birthday SEAN!
