MS might be offering it free as of March, but when I purchased a computer first of Feb Outlook was an option to purchase. If it is anything like the old Outlook Express, I would like it and I believe others would also. I did go with Windows Live Mail as it was installed on the computer already. Getting accustomed to a new mail program is not fun. We get set in our old ways! When I got my computer with Windows 7, I also went with Windows Live Mail since Outlook Express was no longer available. I found Windows Live Mail to be very similar to the old Outlook Express which I really liked and didn't have much trouble adjusting to it at all. Hope it will work that way for you as well.
