    1. [GN] Removing G'Mail Folders

    3. Good Morning to All, Is there anyway that I can remove the "Important" and "Starred" Folders from my Gmail Folder in Thunderbird? I don't know why I have had such a problem understanding Gmail. I read a couple of weeks ago that Gmail would decide which emails were important and would also place all emails in "All Mail." I don't mind the "All Mail" even though I also have email coming in under my Inbox as well. But! I really don't need Gmail to decide which emails are important to me. In my thinking that is just one more step I don't need to have to deal with. I have removed "All Mail" and "Important Mail" from my actual Gmail account but that did not change them from showing up in Thunderbird. Hey Guys - thanks! Yvonne

    3. Yvonne -- Waited for someone else to answer your question, but have not seen anything. I do not think you can remove them. I just ignore them. If you do not have the arrow checked (blacked) next to the grayed out Gmail listing, you will not see them. Remember that I have two addresses IMAPed into Thunderbird, so my folder listings might be different than yours.
