    3. It is called archive and moves the mail to the "All Mail" folder found under the "more" button in the left column. The "Archive" is found in the gmail settings directly under the "auto-expunge on/off" and is the first selection and should have a green dot in it.     3. Thanks, Jim. But we must be running two different versions of Gmail. Under More, all I have is: Chats -- Receipts -- Work -- Manage Labels -- Create New Label. My Archive folder is with the listing of all the other folders. Do you know where to find the version number of Gmail? If I did not have so many genealogy lists under the Gmail address, I would be tempted to use a different program for my emails. Have a good day.
