Susan, we all rejoice with you!! I acquired an old family Bible in much the same way, and in it was my second great grandfather's birth date. Yesterday, after getting home from a road trip I got an email from a person who said they had just purchased my Grandmother Slade's 1925, Weber State college yearbook on ebay. They said they did not want to make any money off of it, just wanted to get it home to family. So.today I purchases it from them for their cost and the shipping to get it to me. I AM SO EXCITED!! Never in my wildest dreams did I EVER think I would get such an item. I love my Aunt Jeannie very much, but she has held onto ALL of grandmothers stuff like it was gold. Where this has been is anyone's guess. Now I have to try and wait patiently till it gets here. Hubby paid for priority mail for me. I KNEW there was a reason I loved him. LOL
