    3. I have been using SpyHunter for over a year. They helped me get rid of a browser hijacker. It’s expensive, but I have no complaints with it. Of course, now you all are making me rethink it. Connie I googled Spy Hunter using the terms: [ Reviews scam "Spy Hunter" ] Lots of sites say it is a scam. See http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Spy-Hunter-Anti-Virus-Protection-/internet/SpyHunter-Anti-Virus-Internet-1085718 There are lots of scams like that. Some look very legit, such as one I used recently that claimed it was licensed by or part of Microsoft. It wasn't. It changed my default home page to something wierd and added all kinds of wild stuff. I found a web site that helped me remove the junk and get the computer back to normal. One of the tools prescribed to clean it out was free Malwarebytes. I let my grandkids on my computer and now I am trying to clean it up. I ran spy hunter and found 3031 problems and could not fix them because I had to pay. then I ran malwarebytes and it only found 551. Just wondering if I should pay for spyhunter. When I tried to unstall spyhunter it ask why and I said the price and they gave me a price of $10.00 instead of the $39.99 when I ran it. Just wondering if any one could help. One of the things I am trying to get rid of is search conduit. Thank you.
