I use Word 2010, and here is a link to youtube on how to change line spacing....and it is easy to do....and it works. I use this all the time when I want to make a change in spacing. Hope this helps. Using Word 13, I changed line spacing to No Spacing, using the drop down menu, checked, "New Documents based on this template" and Okay. Did the same with changing font size from 11 to 12, sent to the drop down menu and checked "Default.... use for all future documents" and Okay. Next time I brought up Word, same old same old. Default font at 11, and spacing at normal rather than no spacing. Just doesn't work. Wanda
