If you're using IE 11, that could be the problem. Help sites are full of complaints that IE 11 won't play videos and other problems. I can't get PDF files to come up on IE 11. If I bring the same sites up on Google Chrome, there's no problem. MS help suggestions do not fix anything, others have reported, and I've tried those suggestions with no success. .
