Hi Janet, Thunderbird is a free email program that I have used for years. It is free of advertisements. I use rr as well but I like Thunderbird best. I use folders also. I can't say if there is a limit on the number of emails that can be placed in a folder. But you can Google Thunderbird and find out about the program and what it will and will not do. You are more patient than I am - I wouldn't put up with what you are going with AOL. If Woody is correct then Nomoerack is not the villain but AOL is. Once again Good Luck!
