Sorry for this dumb question . I need to buy a cordless phone for a senior lady who lives alone. I'm unfamiliar with these phones and would appreciate help. There's only one phone jack and it's in in the living room so....can she take cordless phone for the night into the bedroom after it charges all day in 'base' in l. room? It will stay charged overnight for emergency calls if needed? Thanks a lot - ! Kelly
