DIANNA REPLIED I use Avast free AV, but ran a search for info re ESET AV. It appears it is an AV program based in India. The home [download site] has little info, but a search provided info that I hope will help or guide you to what you need to-know. Solution Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup. Expand Computer Antivirus and antispyware Exclusions and then click Add. I checked thru info provided and I think that it is mostly their wording that is deceiving and that I can ignore their remarks of errors, which are really safeguards that they didn't get thru. I am not a Mac user. Had XP got new computer with Win 7 and am having more trouble with some of my programs and at the moment am trying to find proper connection to my Family Tree Database. Then I will try again to figure out how to get Advanced setup with ESET using the F5 key suggested. I don't really like ESET - But its the only one the store had when I bought computer. Thanks for all the information will keep referring to it a bit later on. Joyce > > > > >
