    3. Hey after a lot of searching I may have found the answer for you Wanda. With a Firefox window open click on "tools" in the menu bar, then select options in the drop down menu. Click on the advanced icon then click on the "network" tab. The "connection" box is the first thing on the top of the page that shows up and you need to click on the "settings" button in that box. Another window opens and the top item is "no proxy" and if you click in the circle next to it that should correct your problem unless AT&T requires a proxy setting and that you would have to call them for but as you can see there is provision for setting a proxy on the page. Click on OK and see what happens.
