Hello all - I just read all past weeks message today as I've had trouble with so many updates needed that I took it into Staples Monday but found that they would not do any work on it as they think that there is a problem with a capacitor in the motherboard. Told me to just keep using it as long as I could. Not very helpful I must say - Oh they did recommend Microsoft Security Essentials to replace my free AVG Anti-virus program which expired too. A lot of my trouble started with Rogers changes to settings so they are coming in on Saturday to check about their anti-virus program which I don't know or remember about. Plus to bring in adaptor for my digital TV to work. However - would anyone have any experience with Wise Care 365 or the AVG regular anti-virus programs? I got AVG to download another free program in the meantime. Am looking for one that is most cost efficient??? A second question is why my regular keyboard won't work. Number lock light and volume controls only work. Am using a temportary large lettered keyboard that just plugs into USB port to type this. Seems to me if the two keys mentioned work its getting power, right? Any comments appreciated until I can get hold of Staples tech either Saturday or Monday. cheers Joyce
