My IE 11 won't play videos anymore after an update, and I started playing the videos successfully on Google Chrome. Now sometimes the videos won't play on Google Chrome, and in those instances when they won't play on Chrome, I use Firefox with no problem. So try a different browser than what you're using and see if that works. Thank you Woody. I tried Firefox and Google Chrome. Firefox doesn't work at all but the second time I tried Google Chrome, it worked. The jigsaw is my little fix for the day.
