My brother has a hp xp. He had a picture that somehow got over onto his screen from when he put an ad on ebay. He ran ccleaner and it got rid of the picture,but now where it was, he has a blank white page top-bottom that covers 3/4 of the screen. he says that his screensaver is behind it as he can see it, when the computer starts up, but then that blank page pops back up.
