George, Thanks for that tip on Irfanview and the fact it opens PSP. (Paint Shop Pro files). In reading over the info and FAQs, I see it even does videos and slide shows. It won't play all videos, but in a pinch you might get lucky,,Any video converter will convert formats, but be aware it will try to install additional software, during setup, so uncheck those boxes so it doesn't,, Also it will bug you to buy the full ultimate version,,VlLC is a good video player that will play most formats.. Freemake Video Converter will also do some limited editing,, again watch for other unwanted software installs at setup...I use Cyberlink producer, which is probable over kill for most on this list, and it is definitely not free, and is my choice seeing how I can build a computer for the updated version of adobe cs.
