Hi all - I've been without computer due to not being able to download my Thunderbird email from Rogers.com I too had to pay Mozilla's on-line paid techi's to work thru Rogers settings and they were able to get hundreds of emails that Rogers still had on-line. I was not able to retrieve any of my old draft messages. I was lucky that I kept the old computer and have downloaded many of my drafts copies and local folder contents. Another thing that I was unable to download were my address lists. So just a learning experience that I should be more efficient in copying and saving old files and keeping the old computers as our data is probably still on them unless we arrange to specially delete all contents. cheers Joyce C
