My puters won't do a restore unless I boot up in Safe Mode. Sure was frustrating until I learned that. Hi Woody what i did was uninstall micro essentials and have AVG which i had for a few years. Now i get my browser needs updating to view web site, will carry on see then whats next i would think windows 7 Doreen
