Is anyone on the list using the Charting Companion for PAF? I bought the CD ROM but went ahead and downloaded from the website. I am not at all happy with the program and can get no satisfaction from customer support. When I bring up the Search or Find option, names appear that are NOT in my data base, as if the program is accessing someone else’s files. When I search for such as my own name... it does not come up, but another person by the same name but with different vitals. Is anyone else having problems with this program? Wanda

Reference the message I recently posted. I apparently ordered the wrong Charting Companion, or was given the wrong download. I am being sent the correct program to access the PAF files on my computer, and NOT the files from FamilySearch. Sorry for the confusion.
