    3. Wanda, I have not gone to their website but this is model #D353FUE . I forgot to mention it reads and writes... A neighbor told me that she found one at Wal-Mart several years later, probably 2005 or so..Give it a GOOGLE, there are dozen or so places that still sell, it looks like on line to be about $10 more than I paid... Drag and drop is all you do... I went to smart-disk.com but did not find what I thought you were talking about. Exactly what did you buy? I thought I had transferred all data from old floppies to CD's but occasionally find a file where I saved some floppies. I recently found some which have information from the archives in Germany and I really would like to get that off the floppy and onto a disk. Thanks. Wanda
