This is a forwarded message From: .... valentine53179 <valentine53179@hotmail.com> here, a few quickie pointers.. do NOT use caps... always use lower case... even in surnames and places... lower case.... do not use plural unless that S is part of a proper name for instance... if you are looking for egg and you enter in eggs, you will not get many egg results... however, depending on how the text is structured, the writer might have had to use eggs and so you would ONLY get those results where EGGS occurred... If you entered in egg then you would get eggs AND egg in the results... if you are sure that you want a specific word and not a part of a word (foreword perhaps) then structure your query as " word " with a space before the word word and after the ". consider this on FIND tools as well, not just google too... And in your Control+F on your WORD documents and in your replace actions on WORD as well... if you ever have two words that go together, then quote them.... ditto with initials of someone...
