I believe we discussed a version of this last year, but theyyyyyy'rrrreeee baaaack! Scammers are calling people and telling them they have a virus in their computer. . .and it goes on from there. They gain access to the computer and next, want your credit card for some service or other. Bottom line - if you don't initiate the call, to YOUR tech support, don't give anyone access to your computer. If someone calls you with any message about your computer, or your internet service, hang up. If your internet service, call the number you were given when you signed up. Pat In Tucson
