    3. Beth, Neysa, Sorry about that. Fergus Falls is located in Minnesota. Ottertail county. It did have a library when I was a kid, so I suppose it's still there. I'll have to look it up. Tomorrow. I was on a Scrapbooking get-together over the weekend, and I am pretty tired.
