    3. Many eReaders accept ePubs which public libraries use for lending, the period is almost always 21 days in my area, no renewal, though you can return and borrow the book again. Kindle just started lending from its own library and also supports borrowing from public libraries. In addition a ton of books are available free for all the eReaderes. I tend ot prefer the Kindle and so I am on mailing lists that notify me of free and inexpensive books available in Kindle format. I just finished Outlander #1 and am in #2. I own the first edition, think that may have been free, and borrowed the second edition, the books are long, I am not sure I will finish in 21 days. My choice would be to borrow it again or buy it. I like the series so much I might buy it. 3. I have enjoyed the Outlander series. Waiting on a new one. I have "real books for all the others. So, I guess I will keep buying the hardbacks. I think I like the Nook because I often use it as a tablet when I'm out.I play games with friends often. Also, it is what I am used to. Frances TX Gulf Coast BTW: Doug should be getting rain now.
