Outside of any application, locate the file and select with a single-left-click, and then do any of the following... Press CTRL + C then CTRL + V or Right-click and choose 'Copy', then right-click and choose 'Paste' Either way you will duplicate the file. You can then name it anything you like... Press F2 or right-click and choose 'Rename' Les Hardy ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to GEN-NEWBIE-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
