Nancy, I did a quick lookup in the 1930 census in Fergus Falls and found Phillip and "Gyda" Moe living with children Ruth and Phillip Jr. at 329 Washington Ave. Census doesn't always show addresses but this did so there is a start anyway. John- I expect that would be at the time, when my sister said they were at an apartment that had one house in between my grandmother Johnson and theirs. Grandma's house # was 323. Thanks!!
