Could SKS check the Navy Muster Rolls (World War 2) for Edgar Ellison Garrett, born 1918 Fentress County, TN. I no longer have an Ancestry Subscription but when I ran a search today I got 8 hits but I can not check to make sure this is my uncle. I know he served from around 1940 to 1960.
