Rudy, I certainly understand your reluctance to leave Outlook Express (OE) and go to another e-mail program. OE is a slick, easy-to-use, comfortable program with lots of bells and whistles. I STILL don't know what I'm going to use when I finally have to give it up. It will be either Windows Live Mail (or is it Windows Mail? The two differ), or Thunderbird. OE will not work on Vista and Win 7, and I do not plan on using virtual XP on Win 7 just to use OE, as that can involve a long learning curve, create unforeseen problems, and time consuming work. At the moment, I think I'll go with T-bird, based on the comments of others saying it is much like OE. But that thought can change tomorrow. I personally wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole so I can't help you there. But Les gave you a website and clearly some are doing it or Microsoft wouldn't have spent the time to try to offer advice. Elaine Son, always tell the truth. Then you'll never have to remember what you said the last time. --Sam Rayburn Hello Rudy On Saturday, December 24, 2011, you wrote > I am aware of that Elaine. I am stubborn but > not dumb. Woody, I did not like Windows Live mail. I thought it was pokey and a lot of extra clicking.
