Can't print them out. On 12/5/2011 3:41 PM, Kith-n-Kin wrote: > Maxine > > What do you mean you cannot get them? You can't see them? Or you can't print > them out???? > > Pat >
Once you see the actual record, do a right click and "save as" to your desktop. I have found quite a few records and this seem to be the best way. Then you can print them, or add the data to your program. I have not tried to print from Ancestry, but will see if I can do that and let you know. OK, I just found one of my people. I clicked on, for instance -- "U.S. World War II Navy Muster Rolls, 1938-1949" that was by his name. It took me to another screen that has a thumbnail of the record. Click on that or below where it says View Original Image. That will bring up the image of the record. At the top there is a green line that says View All Print Order etc. When you click on the print, you have the option to Print only the image or print the image and the source. That brings up the screen with the image and the source data and on my computer, it then brings up my printer screen and I can go from there. Hope this helps you. Thanks Joy, it keeps sending me to a "sign up". Do I HAVE to sign up? I'm trying to avoid that. On 12/5/2011 4:36 PM, Joy Gulden wrote: > OK, I just found one of my people.
