Jeanne, Can you give more information. What operating systems are you using? From where did you download Google Chrome? Where does the free offer display? Is it a web page or is the message coming from your system? Jeanne, I've had a look at 3 new installs of Google Chrome, and the only ad that I can see, is the google store which displays when the 'New Tab' is clicked. I checked in Win7 Xp and Linux. Is it possible you downloaded Itunes and set your homepage to the Apple store?
