We have it set up for our office computers, and once you "train" your dragon, it works great. I have a co-worker that has an accent that tends to trip it up a little, but for the most part, it works well. I had an incident where I thought that I had put it to sleep while I answered the phone, and it typed everything that I said. For this application that you are thinking about, it should work great...
