Hi Listers, I have to wonder out loud, if the removal of the public's access to SSDI, " is to prevent futher ID thieft", but now that this is owned by Rootsweb/ Ancestry, what happens to those of us who haven't or can't afford the high prices of these subscription controlers.? I have to live on SS, and I'm 70 yrs. old, [ just can't run out and get a job, to support my gen habit], we all know that's not a heck of a lot, generalogy at this rate is getting pretty pricey, I'm begining to think.. Now they force us to "Beg" others for help that we would have done on our own, becasue they have the control of the information...its like holding the information hostage...toll roads have the same thing in common.
