I don't know that there is a download for this. I just know what was told to me when I reinlisted and was discharged. My pay for the last 6 years was based on my early reinlistments, both of which were during the Viet Nam conflict. It may have been something to do with war time reinlistment. But whatever, I was told that my actual time was less than my time for pay purposes and that my retirement date was cut by those same 6 months. It is probably just something that is in the paymaster and retirement regs.
