    3. Neysa, I also had it on my last laptop, no problems, my first computer had Norton, it worked but when I started seeing post from people about how much space it could take up I went to Trend. I have never had a virus, knock on wood. the only thing ever found in scans has been adware etc......Bobbie > From: gramneysa@ct.metrocast.net > To: gen-newbie@rootsweb.com > Date: Thu, 8 Dec 2011 16:37:46 -0500 > Subject: Re: [GN] Replacement for Ad Aware > > I have had Trend Micro for years, and wouldn't change. Microsoft and Trend seem to be working well together. On Malwarebytes I left everything at default, what was checked I left checked and what wasn't checked I left it unchecked. With C Cleaner I don't do the registry. Is there anything in that line I am missing? I am runing Windows 7 64 bit and am beginning to get used to it :) I know there are programs that came preinstalled that I don't need and yet I don't know enough about them to want to uninstall them yet, but being new I have plenty of memory and hard drive for now. It included a disk to download Adobe Photoshop which I may uninstall since I think it is far to complicated for me..George I thought you were gone, hadn't seen you on here in a long time, Son is enjoying his computer, that laptop is s! > ti! > ll going .
