Some programs call it a trash file I believe. When I see that their are emails in my spam file I just go in there and delete because I don't want them. There were two spam files in there this morning. On the one was titled that I am receiving this file because I joined their site. which I did not, so I just deleted it. The second spam email said the same thing, so I opened to find out what site they meant. I read the discussion yesterday on here about nomorerack but did not know what everyone was discussing. Then this morning I had two spams on my computer and when I went to delete them I saw they both said that I was receiving this email because I had signed up for that site. I deleted the first one and when the second email told me that I also had signed up for that site. I knew I had not signed up for either site just by reading the name on the email, but the second one I became curious as to what site were they referring to so I clicked on the email to find out what site it was. Suddenly this full page of products appeared on the page and now when ever I click on spam I get this full page add for a place called. "nomorerack". How do I get rid of this page? There is no place where I can delete it or remove it. I have never run into anything like this before. Can anyone help. Janet

I see that you have an AOL address. I have never used AOL, so bear with me.... Do your emails including your spam file reside on your own computer, or are they kept on the AOL internet site? If they are on your computer, after Norton (your antivirus program) completes, if it has not found something and cleaned it up, then run your anti-malware program. That would be something like Malwarebytes. You should have one of the anti-malware programs on your computer. If they are kept on AOL and you need to go to the AOL internet site to read them, then you should call AOL and see if they can do something about it. Apparently Suzanne would like a LOT of people to go there and buy something so she can get $10 (but think will only be one opp as the link to Gen-Newbie would only apply once, right?)...
