    2. Nancy
    3. Thank you, Joy. I didn't know it would be so simple to fix. I logged off and logged back on a couple of times and it stayed where it should be. I will try to remember this fix in case I click on the wrong thing again. I was using Chrome and when I would open Ancestry.com the search box had a 3 inch margin on each side. No way to make it larger. These 78 year old eyes could not read what I was supposed to enter in the search box. When I clicked on the record it opened to the usual size, it was just the step to get there. I called Ancestry. They said others have had a similar problem with Chrome. That's when I started to use Firefox. I like it best of the three browsers. 3. I have not seen a reply to this, but have played with Firefox and I think I know what happened to it. Somehow, you clicked on Full Screen. When you put your cursor at the top right to get the red x, then click on the box next to that x. It is the icon that minimizes or maximizes the screen. Your screen should then be smaller, with the tool bars showing. Then, take your cursor and put it on the side of this smaller screen and when the double pointed arrow show, pull it to the side. Do the same with the bottom or top, whichever is not in place. That should make your Firefox cover the screen again. When I did this and logged out of FF, then logged in again, it stayed the way it should be. If you do not use IE, I would just download the current version and install it and you will not get any of the messages again. I do not like it either, but keep it up to date, just to avoid the nagging messages. As far as ancestry, I have not had that problem, so the only suggestion is to use the maximize button, if you have not already done so - which I suppose you have. If it is maximized and still small, try pulling the screen as I said above. Maybe I did not understand what is happening, so if that is the case, is it the screen or the printing on the Ancestry page? Hope this will solve at least one of the problems. 3. I am a newbie to genealogy, but I love research. I live near the Mesa (AZ) Family History Center. Hubby and I make a trip there about once a month. Hubby is further in his family's history than I am on mine. I'm still in awe of the immense amount of information that is available. If anyone has a need for information that might be available there, I would be happy to do the research for them, as long as they are not in a hurry for the information. Aol has a way of blocking the spam and throwing them directly into our trash with having to see them at all. I did that and at first it worked fine but now they are even getting past AOL and appearing with my regular mail instead of going to spam file. Janet
