Percival Boyd's research explains where the initial source got the reference to Beatrix "Pitt" as a first wife for St. Leger Codd, though I wonder where he got the precise "18 May 1667" marriage date, when it was actually in the month of October seven years previous. It's good to have such detailed info on the first wife of St Leger Codd.
