Hi, I am new to this list and am looking for some advice or assistance. My great-great grandfather, Dominic Francesco Berreley (sp) came to the UK from Italy sometime before 1891. He was recorded on the UK census in 1891 living in London after getting married to an English lady on 4th June 1890. I have checked previous census records with many different spellings but there is no trace. I am trying to trace where he was born, does anybody have any suggestions.
