Thanks for your replies. I actually need an original copy of his birth certificate with the embosed seal. He was born in Riese Pio X, Treviso, Italy in December 03, 1903. I found what I thought was the correct email address, [email protected] I sent the email in computer translated Italian and English. The email was opened but no reply.
