Nunc cognosco ex parte" Yes, that is another possibility, Muratori instead of Muratorio. But either one could be right. Until we find a ship immigration manifest with the gentleman in question on it, there is no surety as to which is right. We will look for both names. Thanks for the suggestion. Hope the answer is Muratorio instead of Muratori. :) There are hundreds of Muratori in both the Italy and the US. There are only 46 Muratorio in Italy, and none in the US> And Moriarity listings are also innumberable in the US in phone listings and other genealogy sources. Hard to pinpoint a person.
