Robert, I don't know if this will be of interest to you or help at all, but there use to be a family in Medford MA named Scala. Wife's name was Loretta, and they had one daughter whose name I think was/is Maureen. Unfortunately I don't know husbands name. I don't even know for sure there still there. Maybe a phone directory(which I don't have)for Medford may help. Just an idea. Good Luck. I do know that the husbands parents and perhaps him too were born somewhere in Italy. Barbara
