Hello everyone! I am brand new to the list so if I cover things that have already been discussed please forgive me. I am looking for information on my grandfather, Giovanni Antonio Gneo. This is his birth name, but when he became an American citizen he Americanized his name to John Anthony Geno. I know that he was born in Alatri on 7 Feb 1891 and was suppose to have come to US in 1905. I found him on a ship manifest, the Madonna, but his name was crossed out. His parents were Salvatore Gneo b. 10 Aug 1853 in Alatri and Benedetta Mangiapelo Gneo b. 9 Sept 1857 in Alatri. Can anyone help me find information on my grandfather's family in Alatri?
