No luck. At least not what or where I thought it might be. Turns out, it was the parish name of the church where my grandparents had been baptized/christened, San Lorenzo di Nocciano. Saint Lawrence of Nocciano. The town was Nocciano, of course, and the church was San Lorenzo. Don't know what saint Luasio might be, but church records might be a place to start.
