I sent a letter to the L'Ufficiale Di Anagrafe of Bagnoli Irpino back on Jan 22, 2002. I wondered how long I should wait before sending a follow-up letter. I enclosed a bank draft in Euro's (not that easy to get), but forgot to put my e-mail address on the letter. If I could find an e-mail address for them, should I follow up by e-mail or regular mail? Also, what is the normal time for Declaration of Intent/Naturalization response from INS? I mailed that back on Jan 2nd. Thanks in advance for the advice.
