The best thing to do is just use the delete button for him. He is on many Rootsweb mailing lists with various names and email addresses (all bounce - no messages received by him) All he does is cause trouble. He also has a real website where he offers help for a big price and takes people on tours to Italy. When confronted with who he really is, he quickly disappears, only to return a few weeks later with a new name and a new thread of complaints. If you think back about some vicious threads of the fairly recent past and the name connected with those, you know one of the names "Frank" uses. He often signs up with more than one screen name and then battles with himself just to stir up trouble. Best to rob him of the thrill and just delete. It's been interesting to watch his pattern. He distracts the list to the point that nothing else gets accomplished. Just my take on him, Sharon
