I received a phone call at 11:30 last night telling me that the g-g-parents I have searched for likely came from S. Agata di Milletello, Messina, Sicily Is anyone familiar with this area or any of the surnames that follow? I am looking for Giuseppe, Filippo, Margherita and possibly others born in the 1870-1880's children of Santo(a) CATALFO and most likely Rose or Mary (her maiden name is unknown at this time). Giuseppe married Antonia GIUFFRE/GUIFFRE; Filippo married Concetta COSELLO; Margherita married (1) Francesco GRANATA and (2) Santo PILLUAFITO. All came to the Cleveland area, but it is believed that Filippo (Philippo) returned to Sicily after the death of a child in 1913. No further record has been found for this family. I do not read any Italian, but have a very firm determination that has cut through brick wall after brick wall in Cleveland, Ohio to get me to Sicily. I am not about to let a little thing like not having a clue what I am doing stop me! <g> Suggestions as to what direction to take first would be most welcome. I appreciate any help, Sharon
